# New Note

Create notes for selected records directly from the data grid.

## New Note

Create one note per selected row.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create notes">
    Create notes from selected rows.

    * Select one or more rows
    * Click the actions quick button **Bulk** → **New Note**
    * The New Note dialog opens
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter note details">
    Enter the required fields.

    * Title - Note title
    * Private - Visibility setting
    * Body - Note content
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Create notes for each selected row.

    * Click **Save**
    * One note is created per selected row
