# Refresh

Reload the grid using its current settings.

Add **Refresh** from **Data** in the action editor.

## Configuration

Edit the action node to change its **Label**; no additional action node settings are required.

## Execution

**Refresh** reruns the grid query, including the configured filters and related-grid relationship. The result can include new records or exclude records that no longer match.

Row selection is not required. Refresh replaces the loaded rows and clears pending edits and edit history. Save changes first if you want to keep them.

Use [Reload](https://coconut-grid.mintlify.site/actions/reload.md) when you only need to retrieve the incoming records in place.
