# Sleep

Wait for a configured duration before continuing. Add **Sleep** from **Logic** in the action editor.

## Configuration

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Label** | Name shown on the action node. |
| **Milliseconds** | A whole number from **0** to **2,147,483,647**. |

For example, **1000** waits for one second. Click **Apply** to keep the settings.

## Execution

Row selection is not required. The workflow waits for the specified duration, then passes its rows to the next connected action node.

This is a time delay. It does not check whether an external process has completed.
