Coconut Grid includes two built-in permission sets. Assign one to each user based on their role.
Built-in Permission Sets
| Permission Set | Description |
|---|
| Coconut Grid User | Grants access to core features, including folders, items, tabs, and data grid functionality |
| Coconut Grid Administrator | Grants full access to all features, including administrative capabilities and the Coconut Grid Settings tab |
Assign Permission Sets from Permission Sets
Open Permission Sets
Go to Setup → Permission Sets.
Open a permission set
Search for and open Coconut Grid User or Coconut Grid Administrator.
Add assignments
Click Manage Assignments → Add Assignments.
Select users
Select the users you want to assign, then click Assign.
Assign Permission Sets from a User Record
Open the user
Go to Setup → Users, then select a user.
Edit assignments
In the Permission Set Assignments section, click Edit Assignments.
Assign permission set
Move Coconut Grid User or Coconut Grid Administrator to Enabled Permission Sets, then click Save.
