Create tasks for selected records directly from the data grid.

New Task

Create one task per selected row.

Create tasks

Create tasks from selected rows.
  • Select one or more rows
  • Click the actions quick button Bulk → New Task
  • The New Task dialog opens

Enter task details

Enter the required fields.
  • Subject - Task title
  • Assigned To - Task owner
  • Due Date Only - Due date (no time)
  • Status - Task status
  • Priority - Importance level
  • Description - Details or notes

Save

Create tasks for each selected row.
  • Click Save
  • One task is created per selected row
Available fields can be customized using the Task Bulk New field set.
