4

Configure and Connect Action Nodes

Open an action node’s menu and choose Edit to configure it. Click Apply in the action node dialog.Connect the action nodes from Start in the required order. For a Decision action node, connect each branch output to the action node that should handle its rows. Check the connections after adding or moving action nodes.

Example: Confirm and Save

Build Start → Confirm → Save → Show Message.
1

Configure Confirmation

Set the Confirm message to “Save pending grid changes?”
2

Add Save

Add Save. This action node saves all pending edits in the grid.
3

Configure the Message

Configure Show Message with type Info and message “Save step finished. Review any row errors.”
4

Save the Workflow

Apply the workflow and save the tab settings.
Canceling the confirmation prevents the dependent save step. Review the save result for row errors; partial saves can continue to the next action node.

Save an Action for Reuse

Create an action in the Custom list to save a reusable definition, then add it to Selected Actions. You can also use Upload from a selected custom action’s menu. Use Reload on a selected action when you want to replace it with the latest source definition. See Reuse Custom Actions for the distinction between saved definitions and selected copies.
