Select All

Select all rows currently loaded in the grid. Add Select All from Data in the action editor.

Edit the action node to change its Label; no additional action node settings are required.

Execution

No initial row selection is required. This changes the grid’s selection; it does not fetch additional records from Salesforce. The row set passed through the workflow is captured when the action starts. Select All does not replace that row set for subsequent action nodes. To run a row-based action on all loaded rows, select them first, then run that action. Use Unselect to remove incoming rows from the selection.
