Save pending edits in the current grid to Salesforce. Add Save from Data in the action editor.

Configuration

Edit the action node to change its Label; no additional action node settings are required.

Execution

The action node commits the active cell edit and saves all pending grid edits, including edits outside the selected rows or the current decision branch. Row selection is not required.
  • With no pending edits, the workflow continues.
  • Successfully saved rows are updated with the returned values.
  • Failed rows retain their errors for review.
  • A partial save can continue to later action nodes; failed incoming rows are excluded from that continuation.
Review the save result before treating the entire operation as successful. A later action node failing does not undo changes already saved. Use Confirm before this action node when the user should approve saving.
