Each item belongs to a folder and can contain one or more tabs.

New Item

Create a new item in a folder.

Open New Item dialog

You can open the dialog in either way.
  • In the folder list, click New Item at the bottom
  • In the folder list, select a folder and click New Item from the dropdown menu

Enter item details

Enter the required information.
  • Object – The Salesforce object used by the item
  • Item Name – The display name of the item
  • Folder – Select a folder from Available Folders

Save

Click Save to create the item.

Edit Item

Update item details.

Open item menu

In the item list, select the item and click the dropdown menu.

Select Edit

Click Edit to open the Edit Item dialog.

Update item details

Modify the required information.
  • Item Name – The display name of the item
  • Item ID – The item record ID (read-only)
  • Owner – The user who owns the item

Save

Click Save to apply changes.
If the user does not have edit permission, the Edit action changes to View, and the dialog is read-only.

Clone Item

Create a new item by copying an existing item.

Open item menu

In the item list, select the item and click the dropdown menu.

Select Clone

Click Clone to open the Clone Item dialog.

Update item details

Modify the required information before saving.
  • Item Name – The display name of the item
  • Item ID – The item record ID (read-only)
  • Owner – The user who owns the item

Save

Click Save to create the cloned item.
Copies the item and all its tabs.

Move Item

Change the folder of an item.

Open item menu

In the item list, select the item and click the dropdown menu.

Select Move

Click Move to open the Move Item dialog.

Select destination folder

Choose a folder from Available Folders.

Save

Click Save to move the item.

Delete Item

Remove an item from its folder.

Open item menu

In the item list, select the item and click the dropdown menu.

Select Delete

Click Delete to open the Delete Item dialog.

Confirm deletion

Click Delete to remove the item.
Deleting an item also deletes all its tabs.
Actions are disabled if the user does not have permission.
